<\/bdo> Chaos theory is one of the main theoretical frameworks in international relations alongside Realism, Liberalism, and Constructivism. Chaos theory highlights the role of self-reliance and the absence of a higher authority in shaping state behavior, while realism, liberalism, and constructivism offer alternative perspectives on how states interact and cooperate in a chaotic International System.\n Despite the multiplicity of these theories; Africa occupied a marginal place in the literature of international relations, and with the increasing features of chaos in the international system after the end of the Cold War, including the absence of a central authority or governing  body that could impose rules and regulations on the actions of states, the discussion of the    role and status of Africa became a pivotal issue.\nAccordingly; This article will address the chaos in the international system and its impact on the role and status of Africa, and can Africa reshape the international system to get out of the circle of marginalization that has been associated with it for long periods of time?  \n<\/span><\/pre>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
