<\/bdo>This article studies the linguistic and cultural impact of the Arabic language on Songhai. It explains the intense bonds between the Songhai people and Arabs, and how the Arabic language affected their language. This influence is the fruit of friction between the Sudanese people and the Muslim Arabs. It reflects the quality of the relationship based on mutual respect and high-handedness from the Muslim preachers, which opened the hearts of Sudan to them and welcomed them warmly, and instilled in them the love of Arabism and a positive attitude towards Arabism and Arabism.
