<\/bdo> This study examines African regional and national mechanisms in response to natural disasters, and shows that the most frequent disasters in African countries are droughts in some regions and floods and epidemics in others. Whatever the case, the disasters in Africa are less than in some other regions of the world. But the problem is that the process of disaster reduction is very difficult, especially those related to the climate, therefore the work of these countries is limited to preparing for confrontation. \n African countries cannot act alone in responding and reducing disasters. This requires regional and global cooperation, as well as the intervention of official and non-official institutions, but the great influence in disaster management remains the degree of governance that the state knows, as different aspects control the disaster response process, and the country that suffers from mismanagement or underdevelopment cannot effectively confront natural disasters, and this is the case for many African countries.\n<\/span><\/pre>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
