The neighborhood imposes the continuity of contact, and sometimes friction, for various purposes; whether commercial, economic, political or agricultural, according to what the interests of each of them require, positively or negatively. As well as according to the orientations and aspirations of the political systems that govern the two countries, and the effects of the internal and external variables that were controlling the transformations of the relations between them. For geographical, political, historical, religious and cultural reasons, the relationship between Sudan and Ethiopia has been characterized in most periods of history by hot battles at times and a restless calm at times at last. This kind of relationship is not a feature of the two countries, as many neighboring peoples and countries in different parts of the world and throughout the ages have been characterized by wars and invasions.
Within this context, Sudanese-Ethiopian relations are characterized at the present time by many cracks, in light of the widening gap between the two countries. In several joint files and intertwined issues, the views of the leaders of the two countries diverge in terms of exploring solutions and devising maps of cooperation.

[168,88,167,169,39
145
514
post-540","article","type-article","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","tag-conflict","tag-ethiopian","tag-nile-river","tag-renaissance-dam","tag-sudan","issuem_issue-issue-51-january-2022
["GET
