<\/bdo>Magic as a concept and practice still raises great question marks, especially in pagan African societies, whose lives revolve around these magical practices and religious beliefs, in which the magician has the decisive say in everything related to the life of the individual and the group.\nToday, a large segment of the African people continues to believe in magic and sorcery; A belief that the mind can hardly imagine, sanctifies magicians and charlatans, and works hard to implement their orders and commandments in every aspect of their social, economic, political and moral life.\nIn view of the serious impact of these beliefs, we will try in this paper to reveal the truth about African magic and the extent of its impact on the life of that aforementioned segment, through several investigations, beginning with an introduction to magic, then magic in African languages ... a reading in connotation, magic and witchcraft in African beliefs and will shed light on the historical dimension of practicing magic, general characteristics of magic in Africa, types of magic in Africa, methods of transferring magic from one person to another, African magic in light of the development of the era, and initiatives to address and reduce the phenomenon of magic.\n<\/span><\/pre>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
